PROVENCE, BUCOLIC & ROMANTIC

An inexhaustible source of inspiration and an open-minded view of the world, at Torretto Tessuti we unveil monthly themed collections to give free rein to your creativity.

The inspirations of the PROVENCE DROP

Fabric company based in the south of France, it was obvious for us to pay tribute to our beautiful region of Provence. Colorful, calm and sunny, its countryside landscapes inspired us to select the fabrics for the DROP, named PROVENCE.

The region is renowned for its capacity to inspire, and was the muse of several artists such as Cézanne, Van Gogh, Matisse and Picasso. Today, it hosts many festivals such as the Rencontre d'Arles, the Festival d'Aix-en-Provence... It's our turn to draw on this Provencal spirit to offer you a selection with a charming atmosphere!

Summer materials, we have gathered exceptional fabrics. Materials with a Provencal spirit to make you travel in this region with a thousand and one colors.

Designed in the shade of a poplar tree, under the sun of the South of France, and accompanied by the song of cicadas, PROVENCE DROP presents warm fabrics for your summer sewing projects. Stemming from an unequalled know-how, the singular weavings and the atypical motives of the latter, remind us of the Provencal craft industry like the mosaics, the potteries or the ceramics typical of the region.

Gingham, floral, warm prints, our linens, viscose, and more, inspire creations made to withstand the heat. With this selection, we transport you to the South of France for a breath of fresh air and a friendly atmosphere.

In collaboration with imaginative designers, this collection of fabrics calls for inventive minds!

THE PROVENCE WAY TORRETTO TESSUTI

For Torretto Tessuti, Provence is the country spirit, bucolic, romantic, which refers to these pleasant landscapes. But we can't make a PROVENCE DROP without talking about the famous lavender fields. With their vibrant colors, they are the emblem of Provence. It is in this context that the designers who collaborated on this project presented our fabrics.

And as usual, discover the patterns used with their respective links, as well as those of their creator.

WHAT IS A DROP?

Specialists in fabrics made in Italy, at Torretto Tessuti we present our exceptional materials through thematic drops every month. At the service of professionals and also of all enthusiasts, we re-insert on the market (in an up-cycling approach), the dormant stocks destined to the great Houses.

Thus, it is important to us to propose exceptional fabrics in particular universes, to put them forward to present you their unequalled quality and ideas, to revalue them...

For the PROVENCE DROPwe have selected fabrics with colors close to the land of Provence, to transport you through these landscapes that have so inspired us.

Frederic Mistral - "When the Good Lord begins to doubt the world, he remembers that he created Provence."
