GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The present conditions are addressed to a consumer who has full legal capacity. These conditions apply to all orders placed on this site.
These conditions apply to all sales made from this site, to the exclusion of all other conditions, particularly those in force for sales in stores.

II - PRODUCTS
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the product sheets dedicated and available on our site.
The company TORRETTO TESSUTI takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of these fabrics to best satisfy the information of the Customer. The photographs are not part of the contractual field. The responsibility of the company TORRETTO TESSUTI cannot be engaged if errors are introduced there. All the texts and images presented on the TORRETTO TESSUTI website are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden.
The products are offered for sale while stocks last. In case of order of a product become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability, as soon as possible, by e-mail or by mail.
Our site indicates the prices in euros including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. The amount of VAT and shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of the various products by the customer. The company TORRETTO TESSUTI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the ordered products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of the recording of the order.
III - THE ORDER
Ordering on the Site is subject to the respect of the procedure set up by the Company TORRETTO TESSUTI, concretized by a succession of different steps that the customer must imperatively follow to validate his order. The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of it and its total price, and to correct possible errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer is worth contract of sale and acceptance of all the stipulations of the present.
TORRETTO TESSUTI will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or incident relating to the payment of a previous order or who contravenes the provisions of the present contract.
In this case, TORRETTO TESSUTI will inform the Customer by e-mail. If the customer fails to proceed with the correction of erroneous elements or elements contrary to the present general conditions of sale, TORRETTO TESSUTI reserves the right not to process the order.
A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, availability of products, quantity...) will be sent to the customer by TORRETTO TESSUTI. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for the confirmation by TORRETTO TESSUTI of the content of his order. Invoices can be communicated on request, by e-mail.
The data recorded by TORRETTO TESSUTI constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The latter is archived by the company TORRETTO TESSUTI under the conditions and within the legal time limits; the customer can access this archiving by contacting the Customer Relations department.
IV-METHOD OF PAYMENT
You have a means of payment to pay your purchases:
1. BY PAYPAL
First of all, it is necessary to have opened a Paypal account. On the website en.tessuti.fr, after validating the contents of the basket, the customer must choose the Paypal option for payment, then indicate his email address, his password, the amount and the currency. PayPal then acts as an intermediary between the buyer and TORRETTO TESSUTI and the debit and credit operations are almost instantaneous on the PayPal accounts. The customer can then verify that the transaction has been completed by logging into his PayPal account. At no time does the customer communicate his banking information to TORRETTO TESSUTI or to a third party.
2. BY CREDIT CARD
After validating the contents of the shopping cart, the customer can choose the option of payment by credit card, for the payment. At no time will the customer communicate his banking information to TORRETTO TESSUTI or to a third party.
V-RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
RETURNS AND REFUNDS - FABRICS AND OTHER CUT PRODUCTS:
In accordance with the legal provisions (Dir. EU 2011/83 of 25-10-2011 art. 16.c), the right of withdrawal can not be exercised for products made to order, according to the particular specifications of the consumer, such as cut products like fabrics, ribbons, braids, etc.. Thus following the purchase of the products previously mentioned, la Maison Torretto Tessuti, cannot propose a refund or an exchange.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS - OTHER PRODUCTS :
In accordance with the legal provisions (EU Directive 2011/83 of 25-10-2011 art. 9), within 14 days of receiving your product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. You do not have to justify your reasons or pay any penalty. With the exception of the costs of return, which remain at your expense, we will refund the totality of the sums paid at the latest in the 14 days which follow your retractation. All returns must be reported in advance to the Customer Service of the company TORRETTO TESSUTI by e-mail at the following address: serviceclient@en.tessuti.fr.
RETURN AND REFUND - DAMAGED PACKAGES :
In case of damaged packages (already opened, missing product ...), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and the Company TORRETTO TESSUTI via the email address
serviceclient@en.tessuti.fr or by any other means, all reservations within 3 days of receipt of the product.
VI-DELIVERY
All products are delivered without any guarantee as to delivery times, except for deliveries to individuals. The deadline for delivery varies according to their address.

The shipping methods offered depend on the country of delivery.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this address must be the customer's home address or that of any other natural person of his choice domiciled in metropolitan France. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.
In order for these deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. TORRETTO TESSUTI cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery which is not of its making.
The company TORRETTO TESSUTI invites its customers to check the delivery methods chosen before payment and validation of the order. The company reserves the right to accept, or not, the changes of delivery mode and to invoice the additional costs generated by this change.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning "the mediation process for consumer disputes", the buyer has the right to have recourse free of charge to the mediation service proposed by the company TORRETTO TESSUTI. The mediator thus proposed is MEDICYS.

In accordance with article L 612-1 of the Consumer Code, one of the prerequisites for MEDICYS to examine the dispute is the following: the consumer must justify having previously attempted to resolve his dispute directly with the customer service of the company TORRETTO TESSUTI, by a complaint made by mail or e-mail.
IX-COMPUTERS AND FREEDOMS
The information collected by TORRETTO TESSUTI when the customer places an order is necessary for the management of the transaction and to this end may be communicated in whole or in part to the service providers of TORRETTO TESSUTI involved in the execution of the order. The customer is informed that the same personal data may also be collected by an organization in charge of analyzing orders and fighting against credit card fraud. In accordance with the Data Protection Act n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete data concerning him/her.
